JAC SAYS My Parents are both musicians, so I've always been involved with music in some kind of way. They introduced me to several instruments as a child, and after fumbling through piano, violin, cello and trombone, I found a connection with the flute- enough to see me through a degree in classical music with it. However, whilst at the Academy of Performing Arts, I was exposed to more than just classical music. This began a slow burning but definite passion for performing music in other areas outside the classical genre. So, when Emily and Grant asked me to join Idle 55 in 2001, I didn't hesitate. Learning the bass guitar has been fantastic, and I feel like found the instrument suited to, playing excellent music in an environment that fun and challenging. I wouldn't trade it now for anything! JAC LOVES New Zealand (the family connection) Languages ( my goal to be multi-lingual) Travel Interesting but useless facts (email me any you might have) Her fat, black, crazy cat. The Simpsons A fine ale JAC HATES Rude people Reality TV Not having the coolest most fantastically amazing clothes to rock all over the stage in.(truth be known Grant wrote that last line, but it's still true.) Trusting Grant to help her write her bio The beach (yes believe it or not there is a Western Australian who does NOT like the beach!) Give me a pool any day and I will cry chlorinated tears of happiness
